Missing Icons in the Program Menu solution:

If you have missing icons in the Program menu after the installation then you will need to reinstall the scanner drivers only. You can do this by running the installation program again, selecting a custom installation, then making sure that only the scanner driver or software box is checked. This will install just the driver and add the missing icons. If this does not solve the problem then you will need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of all software. For complete instructions on how to remove the scanner software from your system and reinstall please check our easy to follow instructions (uninstall for 9636T/P+ or 12000T).

* If you have the 9636T and are missing icons in the Action Manager itself then you will need to download the patch and that should fix your problem.
